Daniel W. Becker is an Employee of Carpetland USA, and works as a Development Manager. Previously, Dan was the founder/owner of Forever Floors. Inc., in which he operated, for 24 years. He is a Real Estate Entrepreneur, working in residential and commercial properties. He has served on the board of The Boys and Girls Club of Kenosha, before and during the transition to their new location. Dan has been a KABA Mentor for 11 years, in the Kenosha Unified School District. He and his wife, Lisa, were Host Parents, in 2016-2018, for a Harborside Venezuelan student. In the past, Dan coached Youth Basketball for many years. He also ran the Tremper Summer Basketball Program during 2015-2017.

Dan and his family are members of Journey Church -Kenosha. As a devoted Christian, Dan and Lisa host a monthly Life Group with their Church. He and his family have been involved with many out-reach programs such as Crossroad Kids, Food Pantry and other Community Services. Dan and Lisa are the parents of two grown children, Hunter (24) and Kaitlyn (22). Dan is a life-long resident of Kenosha and looks forward to seeing how God works through the growth of Tall Oaks Academy.

Tina Schmitz is semi-retired and has a long career in serving several Kenosha organizations as Vice President for Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently Tina was CFO for Carthage College and has also served as CFO at Kenosha United School District. Tina plans to spend her retirement years teaching in higher education and giving back to the community volunteering and serving on several local boards.

Tina and her husband Mike are members of Living Light Christian Church in Kenosha. They are parents of two grown and married children, and blessed with one granddaughter. They reside in Pleasant Prairie with their two Golden Retrievers.

Shavonne and her husband Matt are missionaries to the Chicagoland region. Together they work under On the Go Ministries in an effort to see people come to know Jesus locally and around the world. In addition to working with her husband part-time, Shavonne stays home to care for their younger children. Prior to this, Shavonne spent 10 years in the educational non-profit sector. A majority of her career was spent working for the Schuler Scholar Program, a college access program where she served as a School Director. In this role, she and her team supported underrepresented, first generation students prepare, apply for, and gain access to top colleges and universities in the US.

Shavonne and Matt have been married for nearly 10 years and have three children. They are active members of Life Church in Gurnee, Illinois. In her free time, Shavonne enjoys spending time riding horses, reading, and gardening.

Stacy St Peter is a Sr Purchasing Systems Manager at Uline, in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Prior to joining Uline, she spent 15 years at SC Johnson, Inc. in Racine, WI. Most of her career has been in IT Management with a vast array of experience developing and implementing systems, managing resources, projects and contracts, and overseeing a diverse group of employees and contractors.

Stacy's passion is to live a life worthy of the call on her life as a Christ follower (Ephesians 4:1), in humble service to her Lord and King, Jesus. She grew up in Kenosha and has attended Kenosha Bible Church (KBC) most of her life. At KBC, Stacy serves as Co-Chair of the Missions Committee and as a Worship Leader. She has also held a previous leadership role in the Women's Ministry and enjoys worshipping and growing with her church family.

Stacy met her husband Mike at KBC, who also grew up there. Mike currently serves as the Elder Chairman. They have two children, Emersyn and Wesley who attend Tall Oaks Academy. Their family enjoys serving God together and traveling the world to see God's splendor on display in creation and to learn more about His sovereignty over all history. 

Jake Jones is the Production Director at Upload Partners, a Kenosha-based video production and live-streaming agency. He brings a background in media and marketing, with a passion for helping organizations communicate effectively through visual storytelling.

Jake and his wife, Leigh, have been married for nearly seven years and have three children. They attend Christ Community Church and enjoy being involved in the local community. When he’s not spending time with his family, Jake loves to be in the outdoors, especially the woods of western WI.
